When you register for TeleMedLab, we ask for information such as your   Name, Email address, Cell phone number, Billing address,  and/or credit card information.

Telemedlab uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

Or for the following specific purposes mentioned below: 

 Name:   Name to establish the identity of users and maintain their accounts.

 Email:   Email ID to send you transaction and order-related notifications to help you with resetting passwords and/or login purposes. 

 Address:   Address to facilitate home delivery of goods and for billing purposes.

 Phone numbers:   Phone numbers for login purposes and to show them on the profile or to contact you.

 

Photos and Videos

We collect Prescription images in some cases as mandated by the law. We do not collect video files.

 

Files and docs

 PDFs:  We allow uploading of prescriptions in PDF format. We do not collect any other files.

 

Data Retention


We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain your account, process orders and transactions, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information and associated account data, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain under applicable laws, regulations, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business requirements.

Prescription images, uploaded documents, order information, and other account-related information will be deleted or anonymized as part of the account deletion process, subject to any legally required retention period.


Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your CarenSave account and associated personal data at any time.

Please include your registered mobile number or email address and mention "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will verify the request and delete or anonymize the personal information associated with your account, including account information, profile information, uploaded prescriptions/documents, and other associated data, subject to information that we are legally required to retain.

If any information must be retained for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, we will retain only the information necessary for that purpose and delete it when the applicable retention requirement expires.
